Trust and Love

It is very interesting to see how two person react to the same situation. I'm speaking from my own experiences and looking it on my colleague's experiences. Well, keeping the details and names off, let me give you a few examples.... 

a) the boyfriend does not text the girlfriend for a few days. Girlfriend A takes it hard and got mad at the boyfriend because knowing that he has his phone with him all the time, yet does not reply to her texts. Girlfriend B on the other hand, just play it cool, knowing that the boyfriend is busy and will need his own space.

b) the couple decides to go on a date, to hang out and spend time with each other. Boyfriend A ask girlfriend A to decide, saying that girlfriend  A is more familiar with places around the city. Girlfriend A got mad and insulted by such thoughts. Boyfriend B ask girlfriend B to decide. Girlfriend B have no clue. In the end both laugh it off and randomly headed to somewhere.

no need to ask the details, i certainly would not spill any single dirt. just random examples to think about. Looking at both couples with similar situations, all we can summarize is the importance of understanding and compromise in a relationship. How you understand your partner and how you respect your partner. It will then determine the way you react to each and every word or action of your partner. It is your choice after all, to pick them as your partner. 

Love is indeed blind. But that does not mean we are not given eyes to see through our partners. Trust matters. And love is all about trust. There is no trust without love. Trust your partner and love will bloom.

A Year Older...

I'm Not The Only One

As I am writing this post, the background music of Sam Smith's I'm Not The Only One seemed perfectly representing my emotions deep inside...well having said that, I have to be honest that i have been at doubts for various things lately and the song is just reflecting exactly and summarizing everything... and that is just what songs are really to me... i noticed that of late, i tend to really pay attention to the lyrics of the songs rather than just the tune and rhythm, and it is very interesting to understand the whole meaning of the song altogether. there is certainly alot of things being said and pen down in a song, and maybe only the writer or music arranger of the song would understand, apart from the singer itself, but when we do take time to listen to the lyrics, it is indeed beautiful.. a song can only contain so much words but it tells a whole story, if only we know how to look at it. enough said.  I know I'm not the only one.
