2016 summarized

Happy New Year 2017!

This has always been my annual routine..to sum up the past year of what it has been.... one word for 2016; Challenging

2016 has been a really challenging year for me. so much has happened throughout the 365 days. It has been a roller coaster ride for me. So many unexpected things, the bad and the ugly. Relationships lose and new relationship formed, friends lose and new friends found, a new job, and a whole new level of life itself. 

2016 has been a year of change for me. personally. mentally and emotionally, and also socially. things happened which changed me a lot, internally, which i hope is for the better. I can only hope and pray that all that has happened is really part of His plan. I truly trust in His plan and allow Him to work on me.

Praying for a smooth flowing year ahead. Come what may. God help me. Amen.

It's been three months since my last post.... so fast time flies..... Well, i wouldn't want to speak about what happened over the past three months.. but rather speak something very randomly that is bonggling the mind.. A Year Older...

I'm Not The Only One

As I am writing this post, the background music of Sam Smith's I'm Not The Only One seemed perfectly representing my emotions deep inside...well having said that, I have to be honest that i have been at doubts for various things lately and the song is just reflecting exactly and summarizing everything... and that is just what songs are really to me... i noticed that of late, i tend to really pay attention to the lyrics of the songs rather than just the tune and rhythm, and it is very interesting to understand the whole meaning of the song altogether. there is certainly alot of things being said and pen down in a song, and maybe only the writer or music arranger of the song would understand, apart from the singer itself, but when we do take time to listen to the lyrics, it is indeed beautiful.. a song can only contain so much words but it tells a whole story, if only we know how to look at it. enough said.  I know I'm not the only one.
